Each Thursday in the month of October I did 2 hours of teaching and encouraging my students how to become, or enhance their experience as Real Estate Investors!

Our time together was action-packed and it was so great to share a lot of the knowledge that I’ve gained over the past 5 years as an investor in a formal and well put together way!

Not only did my students learn so many new things that they never knew before but they gained a solid community of like-minded people to go on this journey with.

Our private Facebook group was lit with people week after week sharing their wins and seeking out encouragement along the way.

For me, I was operating in my full Zone of Genius! Teaching and sharing stories about my experience are truly something that I naturally enjoy. I loved seeing people go from being stuck to going into action!

We had so many wins during our time!

We have people learn new financing methods that they never thought of before.

We had people that researched so many different ways to invest, created a plan and obtained financing to begin pursuing buying their first investment property.

We have already had our very first Home closing!

The biggest takeaway that I constantly heard from my students was that before they were stuck and didn’t know what to do, and now with the information that they’ve learned in the Cohort, they are now confident to pursue their plan to invest moving forward!!

Last but not least, my biggest takeaway that warms my heart about my Cohort is that not one of my students joined to just simply make money in Real estate for themselves! Every single student had a greater purpose for what they wanted to use the wealth for.

When we make more money we are able to help change the world!
