Our investing journey began 2022 when we joined one of Erika’s cohorts. Weeks later, and right after we put in an offer on our first rental property, we were both laid off from our jobs. Convinced that our real estate dreams were ending just as we were getting started, we got on our first one-on-one call with Erika feeling discouraged and defeated. Much to our surprise, Erika was undeterred and only asked, “Okay, so how are you going to get this property?” Long story short, with Erika’s help we were able to find  alternative financing and we purchased our first investment property – with no money down. 

Since that time, we’ve purchased 3 additional properties, one of which is currently undergoing full renovation. 

Erika’s experience, wisdom, and encouragement have been invaluable as we’ve navigated numerous challenges and setbacks. She’s also saved us over $15,000 in down payments alone!
