New Business Name, New Brokerage and I’m also a Co-Founder!

Lots of new and exciting things took place last month in the Real Estate world!!

My team changed our team name from Erika Brown and Associates to Strive Real Estate Group! Also we joined a new Real Estate Brokerage called Bolst! Bolst is a purpose driven brokerage that believes in elevating lives and advancing communities! Another exciting announcement is that I am coming on as one of the Co-Founders!

Justin Landis, the CEO of Bolst, was our Realtor when we purchased our first home! He and his team were instrumental in our journey in moving to the Westside and becoming Homeowners. We became friends and kept in touch over the years so when the opportunity to join the movement at Bolst came to me, I was excited to pursue the opportunity!

Many people have asked, why the name change?

Erika Brown & Associates started off with a dream for me to leverage Real Estate to impact the Westside of Atlanta. God has blessed me with such a talented team that has grown beyond the original vision that I set out in 2016.

Strive is a word that describes my team perfectly and it’s a great reflection of what we are about! Malcolm, a Realtor on my team, came up with the name and when I heard it I knew it was perfect!

Ain’t nothing changed but the name :)
