Meet Erika
Hey, I’m Erika. I’m glad you’re here.
I know what it’s like to want more for your family and wonder how you’re going to make it happen.
I went from living paycheck to paycheck to building a real estate portfolio worth more than $5 million. Along the way, I learned that having the right guidance and the right people around you can change what feels possible.
I’ve spent more than 10 years in real estate, and I’ve worked it from just about every angle. I’ve bought more than 40 rental properties, I lead a sales team as a licensed Georgia agent, I co-founded a brokerage that’s grown to more than 175 agents and I fund deals as a private lender. I also own a commercial landscaping company and invest in other businesses I believe in.
Today, I help people start and grow their real estate portfolios so they can create more income, more options and more time for the life they want to live.
My faith is the foundation of all of it. I believe what God puts in our hands is meant to be stewarded well, and for me that means building something that takes care of my family, pours into my community and lasts long after me.
