Real Estate Course Atlanta

We all say we want freedom.

The ability to work when we want, travel when we feel like it, spend time with the people we love, and not have our entire life ruled by a clock, a job, or someone else’s permission.

But here’s what I’ve learned on my own journey—and from coaching hundreds of people chasing the same goal:

Living life on your own terms doesn’t just happen. It’s built.

If you’re someone who’s already done the work to get financially stable…
You’re no longer living paycheck to paycheck…
And you’ve been reading books, listening to podcasts, maybe even buying courses…

But now you’re wondering: *”What’s next?”
“How do I actually build wealth and create more time freedom?”

This is for you.

These are the traits I’ve seen in the people who don’t just dream about freedom—they actually create it.

1. A Willingness to Hustle—and Not Make Excuses

When I first started, I was working full-time as a real estate agent, managing multiple short-term rentals, and picking up every side hustle I could.
DoorDash, staging homes, flipping furniture—I was doing it all.

My husband and I were figuring it out in real time, putting in late nights and long weekends to make it work. There was no big team. Just grit, faith, and a plan.

It’s not easy—but it’s necessary.
The grind doesn’t last forever, especially when you have the right strategy.
But in the beginning? You’ve got to be willing to outwork your excuses.

2. A Commitment to Investing in Your Mindset

One of the biggest turning points in my journey came when I realized my money problems weren’t just about math—they were about mindset.

So I did the work.

I invested in counseling.
I went on retreats.
I read books.
I rewrote my money story and started to heal from the weight of past decisions and shame.

That’s how I moved from scarcity to abundance—and it’s why I can now build from a place of confidence, not fear.

Mindset isn’t optional. It’s foundational.

3. The Ability to Move Even When Things Aren’t Perfect

Perfection? It’ll keep you stuck.

And trust me, I get it. I used to want everything planned out perfectly before I made a move. But I’ve learned that if you never fail, you never learn—and trying to avoid mistakes is one of the fastest ways to stay stagnant.

Even when things weren’t perfect, I showed up.
Even when the numbers weren’t ideal, I found a way.
Even when I was nervous—I took the next step anyway.

And that’s the muscle you have to build if you want to grow.

4. Trust That You Don’t Need to Know Every Step

Most people stall out because they don’t have the full picture.

But guess what? You don’t need it.
You need the next 2-3 steps—and the confidence to take them.

And if you have a mentor or coach to guide you, you can trust that between their blueprint and your effort, you’ll figure the rest out.

Action breeds clarity.

5. You Value Mentorship as a Necessity—Not a Luxury

Trying to figure this out alone is exhausting. And slow.
Mentorship helps you collapse time. You avoid costly mistakes. You move smarter. You stay accountable.

The most successful people I know don’t “go it alone.”
They invest in guidance, in accountability, in trusted spaces where they can ask questions and get real support.

They understand that mentorship isn’t about spending money—it’s about accelerating results.

So What Now?

If you’ve been nodding your head through this list—you’re ready.
You’re not starting from scratch. You’ve already laid the foundation.
You just need clarity, community, and strategy.

Notice I didn’t say you needed $100,000 in your bank account or a perfect credit score?!!
Those things are nice, but they aren’t prerequisites for building wealth.

What you do need is to get clear on your goals—because your goals shape your strategy.

That’s why I created the Strategic Vision Planning Workshop—to help you walk through the exact questions I ask my clients to build a wealth strategy they can actually follow through on.
