Looking back, 2023 brought with it so many great accomplishments. Below are some of my biggest wins of the year.

Strengthened my faith amongst challenges
1. Through the dark times of 2023, my relationship with God grew stronger

Deepened my personal bond with my husband
2. The bond with my husband grew stronger due to many transitions in my personal relationships

Perfected our Homeschooling rhythm
3. In our homeschool life, we developed a really good rhythm of learning. We found the perfect combination of structure and spontaneity. The kids really enjoyed learning and their curiosity increased throughout the year.

Closed my property management company
4. I left the property management business and gained 15 hours a week back in time to focus on other priorities. 

Saw Success in my Coaching business
5. I had 2 successful six figure launches in my coaching business 

Overcame a tough Real Estate Market
6. I flipped 4 homes in a really hard Real Estate market

Traveled the world with my family
7. I traveled to 24 cities and 3 countries with the best part being that 90% of the time my family was with me

Invested in my mental health
8. Invested in strengthening my mental health

Continued to learn new things
9. Started learning a new language

Created a new way to share information
10. Recorded my new podcast (Coming Quarter 1 2024!!) & launched my first Real Estate Conference!!

Participated in more speaking engagements
11. Spoke at 2 conferences

Made more money
12. Went from having 19 vacancies to being 95% occupied!

Decided on new business directions and fostered team building
13. Decided on a new direction in my business & built a new team that supports the new vision of my company.

In December when I was off, I realized that I completed my 5 year vision for my company in 3 years 😳
